The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) named eight Ravenscroft field hockey athletes to the High School Academic Squad. The program honors junior and senior student-athletes who maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher through the first semester of the academic year.
“I’m so proud of these juniors and seniors who maintained high grades throughout the season and beyond,” Varsity Field Hockey Coach Meg Cline said. “Our schedule keeps our players busy and physically tired — their dedication, discipline and determination make me proud to be their coach!”
The following student-athletes were named to the 2024 NFHCA High School National Academic Squad:
- Shea Baker ’25
- Katherine Barger ’26
- Samantha Brock ’26
- Addison Diener ’26
- Katherine Krouse ’26
- Taylor McMichael ’26
- Anna Stone ’26
Katherine Barger ’26, Samantha Brock ’26 and Addison Diener ’26 were also recognized as Scholars of Distinction, an honor for those seniors and juniors with a minimum cumulative, unweighted grade point average of 3.9 during the first semester.
