A graduate of Wingate University, Mann earned her Bachelor of Science degree while completing the NATA-accredited Athletic Training program. She spent seven years working as a certified athletic trainer before transitioning to the business side of sports. She later earned her Master’s degree in Sport Industry Management with a concentration in Marketing and Communications from Georgetown University.

Since joining Monumental Sports & Entertainment in 2015, Mann has played a key role in building partnerships across the organization’s professional teams, including the Washington Capitals, Washington Wizards, and Washington Mystics. Her career includes championship moments as part of the Capitals’ 2018 Stanley Cup run and the Mystics’ 2019 WNBA title.

During her visit, Mann spoke with several student groups, including aspiring sports medicine students, offering insight into both the clinical and business sides of athletics. Reflecting on her time at Ravenscroft, she emphasized the foundational skills she developed as a student.

“The biggest part that Ravenscroft helped prepare me for life after high school was time management and organization,” Mann shared. “Balancing academics, athletics, and extracurriculars taught me how to prioritize, stay organized, and ultimately set myself up for success.”

Mann also credited the mentorship and support she received from faculty and coaches as instrumental in shaping her path.
