This fall saw the return of parent volunteers to campus in several ways, including in-person meetings for parent-led groups, concession sales at athletic events and support for school spirit and faculty/staff appreciation.

We are grateful for our parent volunteers who donate their time and energy for the benefit of our students, teachers and staff. Their commitment, support and resources help strengthen our school community — both on and off campus. Here, the leadership of RAC and the PA acknowledge the recent contributions of their volunteers.

RAC

Ravens Athletic Club president Jane Hamlin said, “I have been amazed by just how much RAC has accomplished thus far! What a difference a year makes! Reflecting on all of the events brings me such joy, as they represent opportunities for athletics to be the heart of each celebration and the reason our community comes together.” Thank you to these RAC volunteers!

Homecoming: Kristi and Jamie Adams and Jennifer Fincher helped coordinate delivery and set-up for all of the wonderful hay bale, pumpkin and mum displays seen around campus. Sherry Storch created all of the footballs that were added to those displays.  

Concessions/Gate volunteers: Under Karen Gring’s leadership, RAC successfully reopened outdoor concessions, enjoyed a profitable season and welcomed new and returning volunteers:

Fall-Season Senior Athlete Recognition: Kelley Foster and Jenny Winston have done an awesome job recognizing all of our senior fall athletes. From the video that Kelley put together to the framed pictures given to each athlete on their senior night, they have put the work in to make sure each senior gets the recognition they deserve.
