The Interim Director of Community, Culture and Belonging reflects on Endia Beal’s work with faculty and staff — and how Leading With Others “requires us to put thoughts into action.”

In a keynote with faculty and staff on Monday, Aug. 12, she shared her artistic journey, showed examples of her work and discussed how she uses her photography to explore the impacts of bias on individuals, communities and workplaces.

As the 2024-25 school year gets underway, we extend a warm welcome to the new faculty and staff who have joined the Ravenscroft community!

With past championship teams in high school and youth teams, she brings a wealth of experience to both winter and spring track & field.
